Aligning with the project’s core marketing strategy, the website design mirrors the development’s spatial ratio. We prioritized the "80/20 concept" to highlight the site’s rare footprint: 20% dedicated to architecture and 80% to a sprawling landscape of lush gardens and water features. The UI reflects this openness, using expansive layouts to evoke the luxury of space in a dense urban environment.
